Whether it's a one-off workshop, or series of offerings, this class leaves everyone refreshed and invigorated! The class series can be curated to meet any level of fitness, experience, and comfort levels while keeping the focus on community building and self care through a range of techniques and exercises derived from dance styles practiced across the African Diaspora.
