MasFX is proud to present a very special guest instructor for our Carnival Cross Fēte series - Riddim & Flow Yoga + Dance Class featuring our very own Fija Reed!
Riddim & Flo is a yoga-dance fusion class that pairs the flow of a vinyasa class with opportunities to melt into the unique rhythms (or "riddims"). Set to music from different parts of Africa, the Caribbean, and other parts of the globe, get ready to stretch, let losse, and activate your waistline!! All levels welcome. No dance experience necessary.
