This class is a 1.5 hour weekly celebration of Carnival music, dance, and culture from across the Americas. Equal parts dance fitness and dance party, you'll learn new and classic dance moves while also exploring the culture and history that ties these rich legacies together in a fun, flowing format designed to elevate your heart and spirit!
