About the event
Unleash your inner #StaminaBoss with Carnival Cross Fête! This is more than a dance class; it's a weekly celebration of Carnival music, dance, and culture from across the Americas.
Rooted in the soca, samba, and second line traditions of Trinidad and Tobago, Brazil, and New Orleans, we'll play with wining technique, footwork, stamina-building flows, and freestyle movement designed to get you out of your head and into the music. Break a sweat, catch a vibe, and dance like you're on the road for Carnival Tuesday and Mardi Gras!
Equal parts dance fitness and dance party, this 1.5-hour flowing format is built to elevate your heart and spirit while exploring the culture and history that tie these rich legacies together. No previous dance experience needed. Come ready to learn, sweat, and connect to your spirit of unapologetic joy. All bodies, all levels welcome. Jump with us into Carnival Cross Fête!
